www.AnimalAdvertisements.com features a full-automated,
searchable database system for all types of animal classified
ads for sale, lease, adoption, and at stud. From our Search
center, you can use our flexible power search or search for an
animal by name, bloodline, or ID number, or you can simply
browse by state and/or breed. These flexible search options help
you narrow the list so you can find the animal you are looking
for.
Pricing
All of our categories have the same pricing.
One month at a time is $5
Three months at a time is $10
Six months at a time is $20
All of these pricing levels include free photo upload and free
use of an expanded three-generation, and searchable pedigree.
To enhance your advertisements, for an additional $5 you can add
the font characteristics (size, style, color). This is a
one-time charge with the monthly charge that you choose.
To enhance your advertisements even more, for an additional $5
per icon, you can add one of our power icons. These are one-time
charges with the monthly pricing level that you choose.
We also offer “Featured” ads for an additional $49. This is a
one-time fee with the monthly pricing level that you choose.
All enhancements will be charged again if you decide to renew
your advertisements.
We do not offer video uploads at this time. However, you can
include a website link in your advertisement.
We only use PayPal at this time. We do not accept payments in
any other form. Please do not mail us checks or money orders. If
any checks or money orders are received, you can consider them
void, as they will be destroyed. They will not be accepted,
acknowledged, or returned.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. If you
do not like PayPal or are hesitant, then you will not be able to
advertise on our site at this time. Other forms of online
payment are being considered.
In our efforts to support animal rescue, you can apply for free
advertisements if you are a 501c3.
Simply email your organizations name and proof of your 501c3. A
website link will be sufficient, or a copy of your IRS approval
letter. We are a proud supporter of www.EquineSavior.com
Non-renewed ads will be deleted to make room for new ads within
30 days. This is a how we keep our ads fresh. Only featured ads
stay at the top of search listings.
We do not offer assistance in uploading photos. You do not have
to include a photo, but it is highly recommended. We have a
unique photo gallery, which people like to use to search for
animals. Please do not mail us photos with requests to upload
them for you. If photos and requests are received, you can
consider them destroyed. We do not return them, or acknowledge
their receipt.
Our categories include more than just animal advertisements!
There are specific categories for automobiles, shows, events,
auctions, services, and general merchandise. We even offer a
category for personals!
NOTE our personals section is to be used by persons 18 years of
age and older. Any personal advertisement for a person under the
age of 18 will be deleted without reimbursement. Furthermore,
any advertisement showing nudity, or links to inappropriate
content will be deleted without reimbursement. Web links must
pertain to your specific advertisement, or the entire ad will be
deleted without reimbursement.

products or services. Surfkids LLC does not guarantee the
owner/seller's services, representations, or any animal’s
performance or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Surfkids LLC
strongly recommends that a pre-purchase exam
should be performed by the buyer's veterinarian of choice, on
any animal before purchase. Surfkids LLC does not
guarantee or warrant the performance of any person or entity
advertising on its site. Surfkids LLC does not control
the content posted on the site and, as such, does not guarantee
the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content.
Surfkids LLC does NOT have any sort of program to insure
receipt of your purchases from third parties. We recommend that
you place insurance and tracking on all items. Owners are
responsible to proofread ads and confirm that correct photos are
appearing on ads. Owners are responsible for early deletion of
ads. Owners are responsible for marking animals as sold. Service
interruptions are possible. Surfkids LLC and/or
www.AnimalAdvertisements.com cannot guarantee uninterrupted
service due to circumstances beyond our control.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
All advertisement listings are subject to reasonable editorial
changes or deletion. Slanderous, malicious, warning, or
ANY KIND OF DEROGATORY ads are not
permitted. Ads for animals with any ownership dispute are
not allowed to advertise on our site. Profanity is not allowed
on our site. If found, these ads will be immediately deleted
without reimbursement and the users further access to their
account will be suspended or terminated. If you have a complaint
about a seller on our system, please contact us with the
details. If we suspect that a seller is participating in any
sort of questionable or fraudulent activity via our site,
engaging in any sort of false or misleading advertising, etc.,
we will disable that seller's account without notice at our own
discretion.
Solicitation or spamming of users through our site or ads is not
allowed. If you send any type of unsolicited email (Spam) to
other users of our site advertising your own services, your
account will be disabled and your ads will be deleted, your
email will be blocked from further ad responses, and you will be
reported to the authorities as a spammer.
If you see a slanderous or malicious ad on our site or receive
unsolicited email (Spam) from another user such as someone
trying to sell you their own services via our ad response forms,
please notify us so that they can be blocked from further use of
our site in this manner.
If you see a possible stolen or missing animal, listed on our
site please contact us and/or contact the authorities.
Furthermore, if you suspect or have experienced what you think
is a “mill” for animals (puppy mill, etc.) listed on our site
please contact us and/or contact the authorities.
We will only delete such ads if notified by the authorities that
there is truth to the claim, and the ad will be removed as soon
as possible.

We reserve the right to delete ads for sold horses without
notice to seller upon the request of the buyer.
COPYRIGHTED IMAGES
Surfkids LLC cannot be held responsible for violations created
by its users and/or customers. These violations include, but are
not limited to: copyright violation, trademark violations, trade
names or patents, or other content which is in violation of any
local, state or federal laws.
Our customers are solely responsible for obtaining express
permission from professional photographers, subjects, etc. to
display images on our site. We will not accept any images
labeled "PROOF" for use on our web site. If there is a visible
photographer's signature or label on the face of a photo, we
will not remove this information from the digital image that we
display. If we are informed of copyright violations created by
our customers, we will remove disputed images from the site
without refund or prior notice to the offender. Surfkids LLC
may, in appropriate circumstances and at its own discretion,
disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who have
infringed on the copyrights of others. If you are a
photographer, please be sure to contact your customer directly
about their inappropriate use of your photo.
If you believe that your intellectual property has been
infringed on our site, please contact the person advertising
first, and then contact us if you do not receive appropriate
action.
By using this service, all users, sellers, and buyers agree to
the above terms entirely.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
While
Surfkids LLC cannot give legal advice, we do have some
general recommendations for buying and selling animals:
We strongly recommend that a Vet-Check or Pre-Purchase Exam
should ALWAYS be performed on any animal being considered for
purchase by the buyer's Veterinarian of choice.
Always be sure to specifically ask the seller if the animal has
any soundness issues, vices, or other problems. You should never
complete a transaction without first writing down the terms of
the deal and have each party sign it. If you cannot afford a
lawyer to draft up a contract, you still should write down the
terms of the deal in plain language and get it signed. Any buyer
or seller that is hesitant or resists is usually a sure sign of
a potential problem.
Please take the time to inform yourself of FRAUD and SCAMS.
Monetary exchanges should be made in person, through a
professional broker, or with someone that you “know” and trust.
